User's manual

        The metal rod body of the longitudinal ribless threaded steel resin anchor rod is composed of rod bodies of different strength materials and their accessories together with supporting resin anchoring agents. According to the design anchorage length, the rod body is inserted into the hole where the anchoring agent is placed. After stirring, the anchoring agent produces a chemical reaction. Within a certain time, the rod body and coal rock are bonded together and fixed in the rock wall, and the threaded end is installed. After the protective net and the load-bearing tray are tightened with nuts to achieve the supporting effect, the effective formation of high-strength prestressed support can control the stability of the roof, adapt to the movement of the surrounding rocks, and can effectively reduce or even eliminate the separation layer, and solve the collapse of the roof. A variety of supporting forms and structures constitute a prestressed supporting system, which realizes mechanical installation and greatly improves the safety and reliability of the supporting.

        (1) Select metal rod and anchoring agent according to design.

        (2) Drill holes on the calibrated anchoring base, the diameter and depth of the drill holes are matched with the specifications of the anchor rod.

       (3) After drilling, remove the floating dust in the hole with compressed air or water and install anchoring agent.

       (4) Use the stirring machine to drive the metal rod body and push it to the bottom of the hole while stirring. The stirring time should be less than the gel time of the anchoring agent.

       (5) Do not move the rod during the waiting time.

       (6) After the specified waiting time, the tray can be screwed on the nut. After the load time is reached, the tensile strength can be tested.
